It's across shoulder from right shoulder joint to left shoulder joint instead of in circumference.Chest
Measure around chest/bust at fullest point. For female, pls wear a bra when doing this measurement.Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waistline, it's also called natural waistline, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.Hip

The quality of this costume is absolutely phenomenal for the price. Nice full lining, crisp complete stitching, designs are stitched on neatly, and the fabric is a reasonable gabardine that doesn't look too cheap. However, what REALLY impressed me is the customization. I'm an experienced seamstress, but needed a backup costume since I wasn't sure I'd finish sewing in time. I'm tall and have odd proportions, so provided a bunch of additional measurements (shoulder to waist, shoulder width, desired skirt length, etc.). The seller didn't just use their generic base pattern in my B/W/H measurements, but actually took the time to alter the proportions to my specifications and make the lines flattering. I couldn't have done better myself. It looks like I had it tailored in person! If I need to purchase costumes in the future, SBluuCosplay will be my first stop. Shipping is in line with expectations for custom work; I received the costume about 7 weeks after placing my order.

The shoes are wonderful quality and fit well! Although the shoes have a few scratches due to the shipping, they are very beautiful. The sizing chart did confuse me though, my usual size in the Netherlands is 40 and although the chart suggested they'd be way too small for me, 38 was the size that fit me.

The boots arrived in a timely manner, the customer service was great. Few goodies with the package, I wish it had something in the boot to keep its shape. The boots are WAY too big, idk if it was my mismeasuring or something wrong with the size chart. Otherwise good quality cosplay boots.
