I ordered this costume for my 8 year old son. He loves everything. The costume is very complete. The jacket is amazing... great quality. I thought the book would be plain lined paper, but it also has pictures of the characters throughout the book. I had to exchange the shoes for a larger size and the customer service was quick and extremely polite. I recommend this company and their products to everyone!

So first of all, my Makima cosplay came packaged really nicely. Everything was folded neatly, in their own bags, and folded in a way that wouldn't leave wrinkles in areas you really don't want wrinkles. When I took everything out of the bags I was really impressed by the quality of the fabric. The outer coat feels very soft and silky, it has a nice weight to it. It's comfortable to wear. The shirt also felt like a nice material and was comfortable. The same with the pants, and as a plus, it has actual usable pockets! I'm very very impressed with the quality. It looks really well-made. Now I have to also talk about the company itself. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. It was completely my mistake, I got a size that was just a little too small and everything except the coat was a little too tight to wear. I contacted the company and asked if I could return the cosplay and get a bigger size. I did not expect them to get back to me so quickly, but I swear 30 minutes later they got right back to me and said they would be happy to send me a larger size, asked for my measurements to help me get the right size, and told me they would send it to me, and I don't have to worry about sending back the smaller one. I was so impressed and amazed!! It was my own mistake but they were instantly willing to help. And very friendly to talk to as well. As far as I'm concerned they earned a loyal customer for life. A quite good quality of item

So glad I decided to order through Sbluu, I've seen lots of scam sites that steal pictures or wigs that are so think you can't wear them. But this wig is not like this. High quality and not too shiny in any light. However, (as expected) it was not styled in the same way as the pictures. That's nothing I can't handle. Just be prepared to trim and style bangs as needed when you buy this.

I ordered this jacket before Christmas and when it arrived, it was amazing to see how close it looked to what the show looked like. Went to take some pictures with it, looks amazing!

I was looking for a higher quality alternative to the usually cheap feeling plasticky versions of this, I wanted something that felt a bit less costume-y, and this is definitely it. The fabric is closer to that of what you'd find in a regular tablecloth instead of just straight up plastic fabric like most non custom extremely pricey cosplays you'd find. I was looking for something closer to cotton, since I'm very sensitive to fabric texture, but although this isn't as comfortable as that, it's still very much comfy and high quality compared to others.
