They send you communication emails, to keep you up to date on ANY delay, anything that THEY think may change your experience or expectations. My only complaint is that they couldn't finish the build until a week after I ordered, then shipped well after the shoes were needed, BUT, again, they let me know EVERY detail without my asking. These are cosplay shoes. They are NOT made for everyday use, so don't expect them to be made like a pair of $200 shoes. Yet, they look exactly how they need to look, feel very comfortable, and definitely did as supposed. I PROMISE you, next time my daughter needs anything for a specialty dress up... I WILL be using these guys again!!

The cosplay came in quickly and tracking was super easy! The material is good quality and is comfy to wear. It's too big, but that's because I ordered the wrong size. Other than that, the cosplay is great for it's price point. Would definitely recommend to others!

Such soft and easy-to-work-with hair fibres!! There was very little shine on this from the start, and what little there was went away almost completely with some crimping and heat styling. It takes to heat very well and styles easily with heat + hairspray. You also have a LOT of hair to work with - even after trimming a large amount to get the shapes I wanted, the wig still felt full and fluffy. Love this one so much <3 (ig @mungchungies)

This wig is really pretty and soft - it has very little shine even without any washing or crimping, and has very full bangs which don’t get sparse as you trim them! I personally wanted the two long magenta sections at the front to be even fuller so I added some extra locks of synthetic hair but other than that I actually barely needed to touch this wig for it to be very wearable. Only the spikes and face-framing sections really need any styling - the long part is good to go from the outset. So happy with this wig and I’m excited to wear it again!! (ig @mungchungies)

The shoes are wonderful quality and fit well! Although the shoes have a few scratches due to the shipping, they are very beautiful. The sizing chart did confuse me though, my usual size in the Netherlands is 40 and although the chart suggested they'd be way too small for me, 38 was the size that fit me.

I was slightly worried that the custom sizing I added wasn't gonna be seen cause I didn't see it on my end but all the worrying was for naught. My Bepo Wano kimono fits amazingly and is tailored very nicely and not thrown together nor does it look cheap. I'll definitely come back for future purchases (⁠ノ⁠^⁠_⁠^⁠)⁠ノ

I ordered a male medium Sukuna cosplay and the quality is beautiful! I am 5 feet tall 150 lbs female and I usually order male sizes because they fit me better due to large bust and hips. I will need to get the sleeves tailored, but I love it! Also I LOVED the genshin tarot card and noelle pin with my purchase! Thank you for that it made me smile!
